All around New Jersey the Real Estate market is having difficulty. But a recent article in the Asbury Park Press quotes experts as saying Monmouth/Ocean Counties housing market is fairing better than the rest of the state.
Although home prices are expected to show a 7% decline in 2007, the experts point to the fact that while home sales are down about 6% in New Jersey as a whole, Monmouth/Ocean counties have posted a 5% increase in sales so far this year.
