Neptune NJ is where I was today and I was happy to see cln streets and people and workmen cleaning up and fixing up their homes. The grass is a beautiul shade of green and people are out enjoying the sunshine.
Two of my listed homes sold recently, so I guess the market is picking up. We are seeing a lot more activity and I'm hoping it continues.
