Fall is a great time to shop for a home. Yes, I know, the holidays are coming....... but let's face it. There is plenty of time. Not only that, the looking public may slow down, but that only gives you more homes to look at and fewer buyers. That could translate into a lower price for you. So, don't even think about it.... let's get out there and find that home.
