OK, so perhaps the picture is premature, but this week marks the beginning of the Fall Home Buying season. One of my favorite times of the year, Fall is a great time to look for a home. Especially this year, since rates for mortgages are very attractive and home prices are at a low.It is true we would like to see homes selling faster and current owners are concerned about the drop in prices, but for a Buyer, conditions could not be more favorable.
