Foreclosures have been a hot topic for quite some time now and finally the Administration and Lenders are facing the facts.

So many sub-prime borrowers have found themselves in serious trouble and many still face losing their homes. There is no shortage of finger-pointing, but regardless of who caused the problem, these people need help. There is debate regarding whether the new proposal is the right move, and some say it is just stalling the inevitable, but I say if we are making an attempt at resolving the problem, at least it is a start. Let's hope it works to save a million homes from foreclosure.
