Home searching in the winter...... does it make sense? You bet it does..... One of the best times to find what you want in a home is when most other people are not looking.
There are so many great homes out there right now, you can almost pick exactly what you want. Listing a home now is also a great idea now since even though the market has many homes, as soon as the weather gets warmer, there will be even more.
