Winter storms can be just a pain in the neck or they can be deadly. We're seeing our first of the season now and fortunately it has mostly missed New Jersey. But, to be prepared is to be safe. Here are some tips.
Have a family plan in the event of a storm so you know where everyone is.
Make a habit of listening to the forecasts.
Don't leave things lying around in the yard.
And of course, always check your supply of food drink and batteries to last a few days if you can't get out.
Stay safe.
